SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

This messaging program sends SMS notifications, alerts, and communications to residents, prospective residents, and authorized contacts of FG Communities Inc., who have explicitly opted in to receive text messages. Messages may include:

  • Leasing inquiries and application status updates
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders (tours, move-ins, inspections)
  • Lease renewal notices and resident communications
  • Maintenance request updates and scheduling confirmations
  • Rent payment reminders and account notifications
  • Emergency and property-wide alerts
  • Customer support responses
  • Occasional marketing or promotional messages about available units and services (only if separately opted in)

Messages are sent by FG Communities Inc. to current residents, prospective residents, and individuals who have requested SMS communications through our website, leasing office, or resident portal.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to 855-935-7368

After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us through this program. If you wish to re-enroll, you may sign up again through our website or leasing office, and we will resume sending you messages.

6. Modifications

FG Communities Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS messaging program at any time with reasonable notice. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
