Michael Anise is a seasoned financial professional with over 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors and brings a wealth of expertise to the table. With a background that encompasses manufactured housing investing, business banking, and public company financial leadership, Mr. Anise has established a reputation for delivering results.
Mr. Anise has been instrumental in acquiring and integrating a portfolio of communities into FG Communities where he currently serves as its CEO.
Mr. Anise previously served as the President and CFO of Manufactured Housing Properties Inc. (MHPC), where he was responsible for overseeing a portfolio of manufactured housing communities.
Mr. Anise’s financial leadership experience extends beyond his tenure at MHPC. Mr. Anise has also served as CFO of Crossroads Financial and CFO of Comprehensive Financial Solutions, demonstrating his versatility and ability to excel in diverse roles.
